From raw forgings to finished products, KG1 Forged has inventory of off the shelf finished products, or stocked forgings that can be custom built to suit your needs, right here in the USA.
KG1 Forged Wheels are made by a cutting edge 10,000 ton hydraulic forging press. The solid 6061-T6 aluminum alloy is shaped by pressure to create each forging.
Each KG1 custom forged wheel design is developed by our in house design team, and custom cut in our state of the art machine shop in Texas.
All KG1 Forged wheels are cut using state of the art CNC machines in order to fine tune all of our design details.
KG1 Forged offers a full array of powdercoat colors and candy clearcoats. At our in house custom shop facility, you can pick your KG1 style and color options. Whether in a solid finish, or cut and remilled windows for that 2 tone look, we leave it up to you to color your creativity.
