The TSW Nord wheel features an aggressive split 8 spoke sport mesh style with detailed ball milling on each spoke. The concave wheel profile enhances the aggressive styling of the wheel design. Utilizing our Flow Form Technology manufacturing process was necessary to emphasize the performance driven styling behind this wheel. Nord is manufactured in 19′ and 20′ sizes for 5×108, 5×112, 5×114.3, and 5×120 vehicles. Standard finishes for the Nord are Semi Gloss Black w/ Ball Milling & Machined Dark Tint Face and Semi Gloss Black.

We believe that our wheels do more than just make the world more beautiful. We try to do more than just design good looking wheels. We believe that wheels are safety critical products and that they should be engineered to carry the weight of the vehicles that ride on them. This should never be in doubt. We believe that they should fit the vehicle perfectly and that half a millimeter does make a difference. We believe that quality matters. We don’t like to compromise because sometimes there is no room for error.
We believe we can make a difference, not because it will help us sell more wheels but because it matters to our customers and to anybody who rides on our products.

In the 1990’s TSW pioneered the race inspired hex nut look that was featured in designs such as the Revo and Hockenheim R, which have became a popular choice for both grass-roots racing and show cars.
In 2011 TSW began to manufacture many of its wheels using a highly advanced production technique called rotary forging. The rim of the wheels is forged at high pressure while the wheel is spun at high speed. This alters the molecular structure and enhances the strength of the alloy. The benefit is a much lighter weight than a regular cast wheel. The weight saving is in the outer rim of the wheel which dramatically reduces rotational mass and enhances vehicle performance.
Starting in about 2004 car manufacturers introduced more and more cars that were designed to take wider wheels on the back of the car. This became know as a staggered wheel application. Today, TSW Alloy Wheels makes the largest range of staggered wheels in the world. Many sizes carry three different widths to provide an array of fitment options. TSW has staggered wheels in sizes from 17″ through 22″.
